How we work

A studio you don’t have to chase.

From first hello to launch day, every step is agreed in writing. No guesswork, no “we’ll see”.

  1. 01

    Discovery & strategy

We start with your business, your audience and the problem the site has to solve. Scope, timeline and price land in writing before you pay a cent.

  2. 02

    Design & prototype

You tell us about your business; we write the copy and pick the images. Content, structure and visuals take shape together, and you sign off before a single line of code.

  3. 03

    Development & launch

Fast, responsive and tested on phone, tablet and desktop. You review it in a preview, then we take it live on your domain.

  4. 04

    Support & after-launch

Launch isn’t the end credits. For 30 days after going live, anything that doesn’t work as agreed gets fixed for free. After that, photo and copy swaps have a fixed price, and bigger changes come with a written proposal. No monthly fees.

Fio Ateliê

Made-to-measure sewing atelier. The name stitches itself in the intro, an old-film photo carries the giant name along its edge, every piece lists fabric, lead time and fittings, and a strip follows the cursor across the fabrics to reveal each swatch.

Same starter, different brand

From starter design to a site that’s unmistakably yours.

Both pizzerias below started from the same starter design. The second one changed almost everything: the concept, name and logo, fonts, colors, photo, copy and buttons. Drag the bar to compare.

With the Essential Site, you can customize freely:

  • Name & logo
  • Fonts
  • Colors
  • Photos
  • Copy
  • Buttons
  • Section order

What’s not included: extra sections, extra images and new effects. That’s what custom is for.

With the client’s brand: Raiz, a vegan pizzeria, with serif fonts, a light background, another photo, new copy and square buttons The starter design: Forno da Vila, in coffee and caramel

A few of our starter designs

One starter design per field, with fictional brands, in Portuguese. The library covers 17 lines of business (from therapists to pizzerias, from salons to pet grooming) and grows every month. Get in touch and we’ll show you the ones for yours.

    Let’s talk about this one

    Questions, answered.

    What’s the Essential Site?

A one-page website built from one of our starter designs and customized for your business: your brand, fonts, colors, photos, copy (written by us, or yours), buttons, even the section order. Up to 6 sections, up to 5 images, 1 round of revisions and live in up to 3 business days, for $99.

Not included: extra sections, extra images and new effects; the animations come with the starter design. That’s what custom is for.

Start Essential, grow whenever: go custom within 3 months and the $99 comes off the new project.

Will my site look like someone else’s?

Nope. Everything your customers see is yours: name, logo, fonts, colors, photos, copy and buttons, and the sections can be reordered. What carries over is the skeleton, already thought out and tested, which is exactly why it’s live in 3 days and costs less.

Want a look built from scratch? Custom starts at $300, and the $99 comes off if you switch within 3 months.

What do I get with the $300 one-page website?

A page with up to 6 sections, a custom design, copy written from your business info, up to 10 premium licensed images, up to 2 signature effects, mobile and tablet versions, basic SEO, a contact button that reaches you the way you prefer, two rounds of copy and design revisions and the launch on your own account.

You send your business info and your logo. Domain and hosting are paid separately.

Do I need to send the copy and images?

You don’t have to, but you can. Got nothing? We write the copy from your business info and pick the images. Got your own copy or photos (your team, your space, your products)? We’ll use them: we polish the copy for the web and retouch the photos (crop, light, color and sharpness) so they match the rest of the site.

Same price either way, because adapting your material takes about as much work as creating it. If a photo can’t be saved, we’ll tell you and suggest another. Stock images are licensed for your site but aren’t exclusive. Logo design, photo shoots and blog articles aren’t part of building the site.

How many images and effects are included?

Up to 10 premium images on a one-page website, 15 on a long-form page and 20 on business websites, catalogs and stores. Every site comes with up to 2 signature effects, like the ones in Recent projects: a 3D object that turns with the cursor, your video in the hero, an animation that follows the cursor or the scroll.

Want something brand new, built from scratch just for you, like your product modeled in 3D? That gets its own quote, before any work begins.

    What’s the launch price?

WS2’s first 5 clients get 20% off the calculator price. The deal: you let us show your site in Recent projects. An honest testimonial is always welcome, but it’s optional and not a condition for the discount.

How fast can my site be ready?

We count business days, Monday to Friday. A one-page or long-form page takes up to 5 (up to 3 with rush delivery); a business website of up to 5 pages, up to 10. Extra pages, extra products and add-ons tack on a few days, and the calculator does the math.

The clock starts once the contract is signed, payment is in and we have your business info, and it stops while you review copy, images or layout. The exact schedule comes in writing in the proposal.

    How does payment work?

You get a written proposal with the scope, price, timeline, revision rounds and any third-party costs. You pay once, after signing. Outside Brazil, prices are in US dollars and the payment method is spelled out in the proposal. Custom-quoted projects get their terms in the proposal too.

Catalog or online store: what’s the difference?

A catalog shows off your products and sends each order to your inbox; payment happens between you and your customer, off the site. It’s $580 for up to 50 products and 5 pages; products 51 to 100 are + $4 each.

An online store takes payment right on the site and runs on a ready-made platform (like Shopify) that handles orders, stock and shipping. It starts at $700 for up to 50 products and 5 pages; the platform, payments and shipping are confirmed in the proposal. Platform subscriptions, apps and payment fees are on you.

    What’s in the add-ons?

Second language: the whole site translated and adapted into one more language, with a switcher. Advanced form: up to 3 steps and 10 fields, sent to your email (a simple contact form is already included). Starter blog: an article page, an article template and your first article published.

Moving articles from an old blog, connecting the site to a sales system (CRM) and other special requests get quoted in the proposal.

    How are pages counted?

Home, About, Services and Contact are examples of pages. Sections inside the same page don’t count as extra pages, and each product page is covered by the product count.

And once the site is live?

It’s yours. Domain and hosting live in your account, and you deal with those providers directly. WS2 doesn’t charge a monthly fee.

For the first 30 days, the guarantee covers anything that doesn’t work as agreed. After that, a quick update (up to 5 swaps of photos, copy or prices) is $18 per request. New sections and bigger changes come with a written proposal.

What does the 30-day guarantee cover?

Anything in the proposal that doesn’t work the way it should: a button or link that goes nowhere, a form that won’t send, a section that falls apart on mobile. Fixed for free, for 30 days after launch, on top of your legal rights.

New requests, like swapping photos or adding a section, aren’t guarantee material: that’s a quick update or an upgrade. Hosting or domain issues in your account aren’t covered either, but WS2 will help you figure out what happened.

I already have a domain. Can I use it?

Absolutely. We connect it to the site. No domain yet? We’ll walk you through getting one. It stays in your name, and renewals are paid separately.

    What’s in the basic SEO?

Copy written around what your customers actually search for, page titles and descriptions, clean heading and link structure, optimized images with descriptions, a mobile loading check, a sitemap where it makes sense and the initial Google Search Console setup in your account. Nobody can honestly guarantee a spot on Google, and ongoing SEO isn’t part of WS2’s services.
